Beautiful necklace! My granddaughter loved it!!! Lots of issues with delivery, arrived way past the expected day . But Eliora was a pleasure to work with, messaging back and forth. She was prompt in replying and worked very hard to resolve the problem she was having with the shipping company (was not the fault of Eliora). My satisfaction was of upmost importance to her.
